Jenny & Derek went to a cafe in Sydney to have breakfast and realised how expensive the food and the coffee was. After finding out the cost of the items from a friend who works in the industry, we realised it shouldn't be that way. And so Calypso Cafe & Juice Bar was born, providing affordable and healthy food and coffee to everybody.
