Founded in 1988, the China Tea Club was the vision of 6 ANU students from Hong Kong, homesick for food from their homeland. For me, the food and restaurant industry is the universal language of cultural exchange. Food brings people together no matter what their background or nationality. It’s one of a few industries that is so diverse and continuously evolving yet traditions are also upheld.
