Daniel dreamt about opening his own gelato shop. He dreamt about creating a community gathering place. One where you could run into neighbours, spend time with family or to simply treat yourself. He is enlisting the help of his three children, wife and daughter in law to help fill in the gaps and let him concentrate on doing what he does best – making gelato.
