Fat Clemenza the name of our establishment is based on the foodie mafia gangster in the God Father Fat Clemenza loves food and his Italian sweets cannoli. There’s a scene in the film where they wack a guy and all Clemenza is worried about is leaving the cannoli behind. The line goes “leave the gun take the cannoli” We’ve based our menu off a mob We’ve paired our pizza with mob characters and named the pizza after them Ex .Luca Brasi if the film he gets wacked & they say Luca brasi sleeps with the fishes so marinara pizza
