Having over 30 years of restaurant experience in Sydney and Lebanon, the owner is fulfilling a dream to deliver an exciting new Middle-Eastern restaurant to Sydney's North Shore - Fattoosh Willoughby. More on our lebanese cuisine We named our Willoughby restaurant Fattoosh, after the very famous Middle-Eastern/Lebanese salad Fattoush. Our Fattoush in Willoughby has it all: it’s fresh, tangy, sweet, crunchy, colourful and just simply delicious! We have seating for 130. Our Willoughby Lebanese restaurant has a number of flexible configurations - 65 seats can be set aside for private functions.
