Once upon a time, a fry boy decided to leave the Italian restaurant he worked at to try and build something of his own. Spending months setting up his brand and cuisine, he finally had the courage to go out with his marquee and bbq and show the people of the flea markets what a real Philly cheesesteak should taste like. His food caught on but before he could continue, the pandemic struck. In the wake of lockdown he bought a food truck and worked on it with all the new free time he had. La Street Food was born.
