Name Ngans Story

I was born and grew up in Vietnam, it is one of the most culturally diverse countries, unfortunately my family was very poor as a child and I wasn't able to choose my food. On a special day my mum made me a bread roll with meat, eggs, salad and sauce It was so delicious I wished I had been eating it everyday. When I grew up I still thought about it and I thought one day I will learn my mum's recipes and add my creative recipes to make a perfect roll. That's the reason for starting up my business.
