The Mexicoast dream originated from my travels throughout the USA and the Baja peninsula of Mexico back in the early 2000’s with my wife Linda. With all the great little Mexican eateries in the southern states of the USA and my first trip to Baja I became enamoured with the tastes, sounds and colours of Mexican culture. When I returned home I searched for great Mexican food but unfortunately couldn’t find much at all that even came close, so the dream to open our own little cantina was born.
