Hi, we opened up a steak and Seafood restaurant March 1st 2020. We were open for three weeks then covid shut us down for 2 months. We had 13 staff and over night we had to let them all go. At this time my partner was 6 months pregnant and this was our only income. With no savings as we used it all to build our restaurant, we didn’t let that stop us and pushed on with takeaways. 12 months later we are still here. We now have close to 30 staff working for us 7 days a week.
