Our kitchens are run by a team of qualified chefs with over 35 years of experience, lead by executive chef and owner himself, Harry Randhawa. Harry & Nina Randhawa first opened their Fine Dining Cuisine in Australia, Hope Island in 2007. This was followed by Emerald Lakes in Carrara which has been a hit with the locals with its one of a kind million dollar surroundings and atmosphere with upstairs offering magnificent views of Surfers Paradise. With popular demand, Randhawas Indian Cuisine opened their Waterford, Logan branch in October 2012 for those living in Brisbane to enjoy our tantalising popular dishes.
