We have gone through all the ups and downs of COVID lockdown, especially being a hospitality restaurant in Melbourne, we never once closed our doors throughout the lockdowns, we stayed open specifically to keep customers coming in regardless of profit or not, we also call our customers 'guests' as we want them to feel apart of our wonderful Schnitz family when they arrive into the restaurant. Our guests are always our priority, winning the people's choice award will go to show how much we love our guests and how much they appreciate us!
