We are the 4th Generation that worked in the restaurant industry in North Vietnam and South China and VIC Australia, we sell Vietnamese cuisine and some Chinese influenced dishes. We are always able to talk to each other closely in any subject with food and drinks on the table as Asian culture, food and drinks bring us together easily as family or friends. I(Kim) came to Australia as Refugee, so I really appreciated this beautiful country, I want to dedicate my life to make the best family traditional recipe meals for my guests.
