Yang’s Dumpling founded in Shanghai, China, has arrived in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Hobart. We are located on Hobart's pedestrian streets, which is one of the must-see streets for all visitors. We displays a fully transparent kitchen along the street, the standard procedures ensure that the customers enjoy the freshest and most nutritious Chinese traditional food, which has NO MSG. We are trying to combine the traditional Chinese food with Tasmania's characters. All the meat (chicken, pork and beef) and vegetables are sourced from Tasmanian suppliers.
