Hi we love the food industry I have been in food since I was 11yrs old. My family came to Australia in 1973 my dad brought his kebab machine on the plane from Turkey in those days they where charcoal machines 3 mths of being in Australia he opened a restaurant in Newtown nsw people could not believe he had a 50kg mince on a stick even the prime minister visited the restaurant my dad was all over the news. He was the first person to start kebabs in Australia we are very proud. FOOD IS MADE WITH LOVE
